Privacy Policy

Tony's DMS ("Tony's DMS", "we", "us") provides dealer management software ("the Service") to automotive dealerships. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account & dealership data you provide: names, business and contact details, login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes).

Operational data you enter into the Service: inventory, pricing and cost, deals, customer and lead records, documents, and floorplan information.

Customer/end-buyer data your dealership inputs (e.g. for deals and forms). For this data your dealership is the controller and Tony's DMS is a processor acting on your instructions.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and usage and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

To provide, secure, support, and improve the Service; to authenticate users; to process subscription billing; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share data only with sub-processors that run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting and storage, payment processing) under contract, or when required by law. We do not share your operational data with other dealerships.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers; we retain only a customer/subscription reference and status.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. End-buyer requests should be directed to the dealership that entered the data; we will assist that dealership as a processor.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. "Remember me" extends that cookie's lifetime on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the Service.
